The 30-day free access allows users to fully explore and test the platform's functionalities without restrictions.
Once the free period expires, users are invited to select a subscription plan that suits their needs, from the options presented in the user account, as well as in the pricing section of the website. Detailed information regarding each subscription plan, including benefits, limitations, and applicable rates, is provided transparently to facilitate an informed decision.
The delivery of paid services occurs immediately after the confirmation of the financial transaction, at which point the account becomes active, and the paid services become available without interruption. Clients will receive an official email notification confirming the activation of the subscription, as well as a summary of active services and additional platform usage instructions, upon request. Customers of InMotion EManagement SRL have the right to withdraw from the online service contract, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This right can be exercised without penalties and without the need for a specific reason, within 14 calendar days from the contract's conclusion or from the activation of paid services.
To initiate the return process, the client must complete a withdrawal statement, which can be requested directly by email. The completed statement must be sent to InMotion EManagement SRL by email or through the contact form available on the site.
If the services were partially used before exercising the right of withdrawal, the refunded amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, depending on the services actually consumed up to the moment of withdrawal notification. The refund of amounts will be made within 14 days from the confirmation of withdrawal acceptance, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, except in cases where the client expressly requests another refund method.
