According to the law, you, as an individual benefiting from our services or being in any kind of relationship with our company, are a "data subject," meaning an identified or identifiable natural person. To be completely transparent about data processing and to allow you to easily exercise your rights at any time, we have implemented measures to facilitate communication between us, the data controller, and you, the data subject.

3. What information do we collect from you?

We do not collect any special category of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health information, and biometric and genetic data). We also do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

It is important to remember that our site may include links to third-party websites, plugins, and applications. If you click on those links or activate those connections, third parties may be allowed to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.

5. What is the legal basis for processing personal data?

We will use your personal data (i.e., the cookie file) for various things depending on the cookie we have set in your system. Each will be detailed to have a clear view regarding their purposes. We will use your personal information/data in the following ways based on the following legal grounds:

Essential Cookies. Essential cookies allow navigation on the site and the use of its services and functions. Without these cookies, our site will not function as well and its connectivity might be lost. Additionally, without these cookies, we may not be able to provide certain services or functions of our site. These cookies are:

6. What happens if you do not want to provide this information?

  • external advisors (e.g., lawyers or auditors); and
  • public authorities or other law enforcement bodies.

Personal information may also be distributed to sponsors, partners, advertising agents, advertising networks, advertising servers, and analytics companies or other third parties in connection with marketing, promotion, and/or other offers. Also, personal information may be distributed to third parties that we identify at the time of providing personal information (for example, if you were directed to our site from another site). We are not responsible for these sites or their content, products, services, and privacy policies or practices.

10. How long do we store your personal data?

We will keep your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we hold these data, including for the purpose of meeting any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Sometimes, we may need to keep a copy of your personal data for a longer period, in the case of a dispute, for example, to investigate security breaches or to comply with legal obligations. We will never store your personal data for longer than necessary.

In all cases, your personal information will be securely destroyed once the storage period described above has expired.

11. What are your rights?

You have certain rights regarding the personal data we process, including:

  • the right to be informed about how we collect and use these data (information you find in this notice);
  • the right to access the information we hold about you;
  • the right to rectify the data if you consider them incorrect/inaccurate/incomplete;
  • the right to ask us to delete data (only if we rely on your consent for processing);
  • the right to receive a copy of any information we hold about you;
  • the right to stop processing or to benefit from a temporary processing (to the extent it is practical for us to do so).

You also have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data for the purposes listed above at any time.

If you wish to exercise any of the rights you have in relation to personal data, please contact us at the details provided in Section 2.1. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within a month. From case to case, the term may be longer than a month if the request is complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you informed.

External partners use automated decision-making processes for the following reason:

  • to process the card payment, so that the transaction is approved.

12. Do we do anything else with this data in the future?

If we need to use personal data for another reason, other than the purpose for which we collected them, we will use your personal data only if this reason is compatible with the original purpose.

If it is necessary to use personal data for a new purpose, we will try to inform you and communicate the legal basis that allows us to do this before starting any new processing.

Exceptions to this aspect are situations where the use of personal information is requested or permitted by law (e.g., in the withdrawal of any products, updated allergy advice, or for another legal reason that may require us to contact you). In this case, we may process personal information without your knowledge or consent.

13. Changes to this information notice

It may be necessary to modify this information notice in the future (for example, to comply with new legal requirements).

In this case, we will provide you with a revised information notice, which you can access in the same way you accessed this version. If required by law, we will seek prior approval before revising this information notice.
